Noemi Lifting LashBond is a water-based adhesive that is gentle and easy to work with. It has high tensile strength and flexibility. Its thick consistency allows for precise placement and separation of lashes on the lift shields. This clear, non-toxic adhesive is designed to hold lash lift shields onto the eyelid and to secure lashes in place on the shields.
