Noemi’s New Lash Dye can be used after lash lifting or by itself. If tinting the lashes after a lash lift, reduce the timings to 5min for the processing times and a 1:1 ratio.

HOW TO USE 
Mix the Lash Dye with the Noemi Developer in the Mixing Ratio: 1:1 (Solution : Dye). Mix until creamy consistency is obtained. Apply mixture to eyelashes or eyebrows and leave on for 10-15 minutes.
