Noemi Glue without Glue

Noemi Glue Without Glue is an eyelash treatment that also works as a glue to stick the eyelashes to the pads. It is enriched with vitamins and nutrients that prevent the lashes from drying out. As the nutrients penetrate and moisturise the lashes, there is no need to remove excess glue. This also results in a faster procedure time. An important feature of this unique formula is that it does not dry completely, so changes can be made during application.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 
Apply a generous amount of Glue Balm to the lashes with a brush.
Separate lashes as usual.
Finally, you can apply another thin layer only on the tips of the lashes.
If the lashes start to loosen after removing the emulsion, reapply a little glue conditioner
