Cleaning & Sterilisation:
Coloured tweezers:
Cold sterilisation is recommended using an appropriate chemical sterilising solution. Disinfection, pre-sterilisation cleaning and thorough drying should always be carried out before sterilisation.
Uncoloured/Silver tweezers:
Can be autoclaved using a standard cycle at 134°C and 210 kPa pressure. When using a dry-heat steriliser, the temperature should not exceed 160°C.
Important: Exposure to temperatures above 200°C may gradually affect the properties of the metal and reduce the lifespan of the tweezers.
